my get pushed challenge was from Brigette @brigette was to "make an image in the style of a photographer who inspires you! It could be someone from your Favourites or someone else!" I chose minimalist photographer Ola Kolehmainen. http://www.artnet.com/artists/ola-kolehmainen/2 I am not quite sure if I hit the mark or not. this is an edging detail on a walkway. 4x repeat flipped and collaged.

Thanx a lot for revealing him to me! I didn't know him, but you're so right: he's absolutely my kind of photographer! As for Finnish (descent) photographers, i only know Arno Rafael Minkkinen, whom i think is absolutely awesome too. (Not that abstract, but damn good and original.)

@lisamccloskey@lxxx thanks! Lxxx I will check out Minkkinen! Lisa this was the neatest detail on a cement walkway I have ever seen. these would be at your feet as you walked along. they are silver and catch the sunlight...so neat along the marina's edge!
