30dayswild feather finale!

this little feather, about an inch and a quarter long, was on my bush. to be truthful I added the water droplet because I wanted to practice macro with a reverse ring...comparing to extension tubes...anyway, since it was quite cloudy (and rained while I was finishing up my shots for today...I may not have had to add the drop of water) I used my led panel light to get more light and it created the circle pattern at the top of the drop. the lines are simply the magnification of the individual barbs on the feather ( I had to look up what they are called). so this is it for 30dayswild...will I miss it...doubtful...will I ever take another nature shot? of course I will...it's always there when you need a shot! btw...the macro tubes are easier I think...will keep trying...
Brilliant capture!

@roachling thank you Louise. water drops are fun to play with but combined with wind and macro...even more challenging lol!
