50 years ago I was 12 years old, and I was having my holiday’s with my parents in a little village called St. Maartenszee. In our summer home we had a little black and white tv and because of this historic event my parents allowed that I could stay up and watch the moonlanding. It was such an impressive event that I can still remember it. Afterwards we looked up at the moon and talked about the moonlanding and my mum and I slept in gardenchairs in the garden.
Today we took our caravan and drove to St. Maartenszee and we went to the beach were we took the same walk I always made with my parents. From St. Maartenszee to Calantsoog and back, we saw lots of birds, jellyfish and shells. I put the moon in this collage as a remembrance of that day.
Furthermore I want to thank everybody who commented and faffed my photo’s ‘kookaburra and to tear’ and put them both on the TP and PP! I very much appreciated this!
Hi, thanks for the challenge you gave me. I've been looking at your albums and may have given you this challenge in the past -- let me know if I did. I'd like to see a shot of an interior space -- can be room in your home, store, church, whatever -- there can be people in it -- especially if it is a public space, but the subject of the photo needs to be the interior space itself. How does that sound?
