@peadar Hi Pad, it tastes wonderful. You cook the chicory for ten minutes, drain them, roll them in the ham use a lot of grated cheese on top and put into the oven until the cheese is melted and a bit brown. Lovely with mashed potatoes and a big glass of red wine.
