It's interesting. In the UK I feel in urban centres we've lost that knowledge of tree management amongst the local authority people who are supposed to know. Anyway, a nice shot.

I guess for basket making? We have pollarded hornbeams and hazel locally - makes for interesting looking trees

Here we have mostly volonteers that do the pruning, It’s otherwise to expensive, shame really a lot of knowledge is lost.
