I just saw your camera ------------ I have the Sony a7 and a6000 (love it). I'm thinking of getting another full frame does the a7r use 3 mount? I rather not have two sets of lens (A & E mount).
@LaLa You can definitely use your E-mount lenses on the A7.I've been using the 55-210 E mount on my A7 until just this week when I upgraded to the FE (full frame E mount) 70-300. The 55-210 worked just fine on the A7, it just cropped my image to where it would be on the 6000. In some ways I miss the cropped lens - much lighter!!
@jae_at_wits_end Thank you ---- Yes after getting my full frame I can see the difference in weight (a6000) is much faster so I tend to use that when I know I have little kids or sports activity. I'm so glad that I don't have to change lens I have enough trouble keeping track of what I have. Thank you It'll be interesting to see more of your photos I love to see others work with the same camera ---- Only been shoot for about a year and I'm sure I haven't even touch the surface of what my camera can really do.
