Posting this one early for tomorrow, as I sense that my computer will be monopolised by my husband as he will be watching both of the Six Nations Rugby matches.
I had to laugh this morning as I was leaning out the bedroom window getting shots of birds, when I looked up and spotted this fat fella' sitting in the sunshine on a big tree branch looking down on me! Don't often see these orange bellied squirrels here, most of them are pretty grey underneath. I thought he was handsome specimen.
Great shot! Love his expression. He is definitely keeping his eye on you while you're shooting. Love these little guys - especially when they hold their tail up like this. Makes a great photo and your colors are wonderful.
CUTE!! I thought about you today when I was shooting some squirrel antics… unfortunately they didn't make it into my project, the birds were just too lovely not to share.

Before that it was the 100 mm which will be back once the leaves are on the trees and I can't get at the birds and squirrels so well!
Gorgeous shot Issi, and I agree, he's a handsome one. Just love the light and dof, fav for me! He was probably thinking: "Why is she taking pictures of birds when I'm here?"
