Librairie Papeterie by jamibann

Librairie Papeterie

I was walking in the 20th arrondissement of Paris this morning when I spotted the above artwork on the former windows of an old bookshop - commemorating two women who were members of the French Resistance, and both of whom spent time in the Ravensbrück concentration camp

On the left, Germaine Tillion, a French ethnologist.
On the right, Genevieve de Gaulle-Anthonioz (a niece of General Charles de Gaulle) who also served as president of ATD Quart Monde.
Great POV - loving the colors and the background story. Thanks for sharing.
