The Rosemary Beetle by jamibann

The Rosemary Beetle

I went out yesterday afternoon to photograph the sedum, but was instead seduced by the rosemary beetle. They never fail to arrive in September to scoff the fresh new shoots of my rosemary. They get away with it because they are so colourful and handsome, but they are truly pesky!
He is pretty .. don't think we have them here ... great caputure

@julzmaioro You don't want them Julia. They ravage the rosemary plant! Small and feisty they are!

The smudgy processing works so well with the oily colours of the beetle
