I confess to not feeling very festive yet ... poor hubby was admitted to hospital yesterday evening with a wee setback following his operation 3 weeks ago. However, today things are looking more positive and he's hoping to get out tomorrow. Once we get him home, we'll be able to celebrate a bit, especially as both kids arrived home this afternoon. Now I need to find some time tomorrow to buy a turkey and some trimmings! At the moment, I only have the vegetables! It'll be all right on the night! The camera didn't come out today, so here's a photo from last week in Paris.
Oh, so sorry to read about setback - hoping things are smooth from now on. Have a great time with the kids! And a great choice of street art that also, given the situation, fits well.
@taffy Yes, that face looks like how I feel! However, he's comfortable tonight, and so the kids and I are going to go to the planned rugby match. I feel bad, but he's insisting we go.

Oh, Issi...I'm so sorry to read about your husband being readmitted to the hospital. I'm sure you must be feeling like everything is hitting you at once right now. I hope everything works out and he feels well enough to be released tomorrow. Happy to hear both your kids are home with you now for Christmas. :-)
@gaylewood I have to say I do feel 'stretched' at the moment with everything that's going on ... all the while trying to make Christmas special! However, today is a better day! :-)
