I totally lost track of days this week ... I thought this was still the 27th! Anyway, here we are ... my framed globe for this year's (and my first) Flash of Red. I've really enjoyed doing it! Thanks to Ann for organising and everyone who participated.
What fun! I only just noticed that there were other stipulations for flash of red than just monochrome......ha ha, next year I will pay more attention and even do it all month instead of just a week! I like the snowfall around it. Beautifully done.
@casablanca I'm afraid I only followed the 'black and white' rule. I didn't have time to focus on the detail of the shots. However, maybe next year! This is the first themed month I've done. I've really enjoyed the black and white experience and I'm a bit hooked, to be honest. Architecture and Paris lends itself to monochrome, I find.
Lovely collage Issi. Congratulations for finishing the challenge. @phil_sandford the site only allowed 15 photos to be uploaded and I tried from my computer. I remember Ann ( @olivetreeann ) mentioned this too.
Congratulations on completing the Flash of Red Challenge, Issi! Beautiful globe and frame! I struggle with B&W so I don't think I could ever complete this challenge . . . although the fact that I struggle with B&W probably should motivate me to attempt the challenge for the learning experience it would provide. Perhaps next year . . . :-)
@gaylewood I hear what you're saying Gayle, and a while back I would have been the same. For me, it depends a lot on the subject matter of my photos. I think street scenes and architecture work well in black and white, and at the moment that's pretty much what I'm doing. Once back in Scotland I suspect that black and white won't work so well for me!

Were you able to add all 27 photographs to the globe? I’ve tried today from my phone and it’s saying I can only upload 15.
