Alexander and I went to the Musée de l'Homme yesterday - another rainy day in Paris! We had a great day though. Inside the museum this vehicle was on display and I had the idea to get a first shot at setting up a similar image to that of my dad, aged 22, which I posted a couple of weeks ago. We have work to do to get it right, but this was our first attempt. We need to change Alexander's stance slightly and get a more relaxed look on his face. He looks like a better fed version of my dad in this image! Our daughter arrived from Norway last night, and the sun is out, so we're off on a walkabout. Happy Days!
I'm so happy for you to have your family with you! Nothing else is as good as that! Nice photo, and I'mm look to find your dad's photo in the morning...the hour's late!
What a great idea to create a similar photo to your dad’s shot! It’s cool to compare the two photos. The resemblance is incredible. I’m sure you’re going to have a wonderful long weekend with your son and daughter! Have fun and enjoy every minute! :-)
@gaylewood Sadly, Alexander disappears back to the UK later today, but Mhairi will be here until Monday. The Arc de Triomphe beckons for all of us this morning!
