Our penultimate evening in Paris. Dinner on the 2nd Floor of the Eiffel Tower. What a fantastic experience, all the better for sitting looking at a wonderful sunset over La Defense, hubby's former workplace. Taken from inside, with the iPhone, so the image is not too sharp, but better than nothing!
What an amazing view. I'm sure that you have mixed feelings about leaving Paris. I will miss seeing Paris through your lens. I hope that the move goes smoothly.
Fabulous. Oh so bittersweet to be leaving but glad you had the chance to live in this beautiful city, what a privilege. I have loved your beautiful shots here and look forward to your beautiful Scottish ones now! All the very very best with the move.
@kwind It was an extra interesting experience, Kim, as hubby got a jug of hot gravy spilt all over him by a waiter... so they kept giving us more wine, more food, more everything to compensate! We were absolutely stuffed by the end of the meal! Suffering a little today, I have to say!
Hoping your move goes smoothly! You must feel sad to be leaving Paris after all this time. What a photographers dream it has proved to be for you! I have loved following your French adventure but am looking forward to your new adventure in Scotland!
Awesome.....great view, great food, great company, great memory making!
Welcome back to Scotland and even though we haven't met yet it would be lovely to get together before too long! Hope all going well at your house......sunshine still going strong anyway!!
@sarah19 I will be in touch Sarah, and would love to meet up. I need some time to get settled - we have an awful lot to do. But once I'm feeling back in control we'll get a meet set up. One of the wonders of 365 and travel! :-)
Good luck with your move to Scotland.
