Well, I didn't get out with my camera today, I'm afraid, but I spent the day unpacking and trying to find spaces for everything. I have still quite a way to go, but am getting there!
I stood ironing at my (new) kitchen window this morning, and spotted this fella/gal having a rare ol' time at the bottom of our garden. He/she was lifting the moss from our grass and bringing it to a nest. Here you can see him/her filling their hands/face with moss prior to running down the grass and disappearing into the trees.This was done repeatedly. It was clearly a busy morning for the red squirrel too!
