Lobster Pots at Badachro

After a lovely walk out to Redhill point, we stopped for lunch at the Badachro Inn, where we had the richest, most calorific Cullen Skink ever! We all ate it up in record time though, as we were ravenous. And for those of you who are wondering, ... Cullen Skink is a type of soup, which comes from the Moray area of Scotland, and is made from smoked haddock, onion, milk and potatoes with various other things added, depending on the recipe. This particular one had a LOTTA cream! Afterwards we needed another walk to walk it off!
Badachro is a fabulous spot and love Cullen Skink. What a lovely time you're having!

The old lobster traps have such charm! The soup sounds delicious, but I'm awfully glad you described it for us as my knowledge of a "skink" wouldn't be something you'd want to eat!
