The Home of The Bullet. We travelled to Kanazawa today, using the bullet train. However, we had to change onto a local train at Maibara because of damage to the bullet train lines during the recent typhoon. A seamless journey nonetheless. Japanese efficiency is second to none.
You are spot on about the Japanese efficiency! It's truly a matter of pride (even family pride) for them! The bullet train is quite an experience; Ken used to frequently travel to Japan on business and I loved to go along!
The more I hear about the country if Japan from our grandson who has been living there for almost three years the more impressed I am. A nation of respectful, hard working & law abiding citizens. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
