Trimming the Trees

I was amazed to watch this guy up at the top of this pine tree in Kanazawa, trimming the tree with scissors. Then I noticed that there were several men in trees doing the same thing. Can you see the scissors in his hand? And his beady eye watching me?

We are now in Takayama. Internet very slow, but I'll try to do a bit of commenting.

Wow is right! I call my husband "the butcher" when he goes to trim the trees and bushes. I wished he used scissors! Haha! :) Fav
