Beinn Dorain by jamibann

Beinn Dorain

Our first peak, Beinn Dorain, was snow covered at the top and the visibility was poor. The camera didn't like the cold and humidity much, so the I-phone came to the rescue. A great walk to two Munros. The second one, Beinn An Dothaidh, was technically easier, but featureless, which meant navigation was more difficult in poor visibility. We made a couple of navigational mistakes there, and actually circled round on ourselves once ... classic error, but no harm done! We lived to tell the tale.
What wonderful brave explorers you are :) And a stunning capture! fav

Very special to someone who's name is Munro! But apart from that it could be Antarctica!! Super. fav

Glad you survived! I know how dodgy it can be when the pathways and landmarks are disguised by snowfall. Lovely shot.
