A great Spanish / Indian culture house (Casa). Because the adobe was just laid on the ground when building the walls, they had to pile up adobe or rocks and adobe to reinforce the corners so the walls wouldn't start leaning. Great picture.

Thank you very much for commenting about my photo of the woman in red standing in the Spanish plaza. This is from a living museum near Santa Fe which is an old working farm. This plaza and this house are the basis for an "American Girl" story's illustrations called Josephina.
