"Even to your old age I will be the same, And even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; And I will bear you and I will deliver you."
~Isaiah 46:4~
Jane and I have experienced what the verse talks about. We are now older and grey and God has been our strength thru out our lives. This is a good comparison between Gods strength and this massive Cottonwood trees strength. Great picture.
Beautiful! Hank you Mom and Dad. Today is a special day. Adelle, we are proud of you dedication to Christ. We pray that you will remember today, your commitment, and God’s promises to you for the rest of your life.

Thank you so much for commenting on my photo of our granddaughter sitting in a big cottonwood tree. We took that Saturday when she went on a hike in a nature center with us. I posted this the next day on her confirmation day. It was also my mother's birthday, the second we've had without her. Still, a special day.
@janeandcharlie Hi Jane. Great to hear from you. Sad to tell you Ian passed away in January after a 2 year battle with cancer. Tough time. Hope all is well with you.
@kathiecb Oh, Kathie, I was afraid of this news. I feel for you for the sorrow you have been and are bearing. Ian was a tremendous wit and his love and admiration for you were so evident in his project. I'm glad you're posting again. If you look at the beginning of my new project, you will see that I had a tough year too, but not nearly like yours. I'd also like to inquire about your mother as I remember you were tending to her needs as well. I'm going to tag Mannie so she will know this update too. @mbemis
@janeandcharlie@mbemis Sorry to read of your family losses. I recall your Mom was a special Lady. Hope Charlie has recovered. My Mom passed away 2 years ago in February. We kept Ian's illness from her as it would have broken her heart. Life has its twists and turns.
