Thank you so much for your comments about my photo of the horse's eye. This horse has an interesting story! It is part of a wild herd on some open space in New Mexico. Unfortunately, the herd became too large and a nuisance to the people whose property was next to the open space, and there were many complaints. To the rescue came the Sandia Pueblo Indian Reservation. They were given permission to take the horses, train them, and then sell them for a profit. We went to the reservation and hiked to the corral where they were, and I was face to face with this beautiful stallion.
