When I was a kid, we stopped off in the horse & cart, & tried to pick the fruit of prickly pears. We got so many prickles in our clothes. Never did that again!!

Thanks so much for your comments about my photo of the cactus patch. We were hiking and sat down to rest, and I noticed that the sun was lighting the patch up just right for a photo.
