For over 20 years, my trusty treadmill’s been there for me when I get the urge to get moving more. Sometimes I’d get on a roll and use it every day, and sometimes all I’d do is wish I was on a roll using it every day. With Covid still hanging around, going out to the gym doesn’t feel like a good idea; so right now, I’m on a roll. My view’s much prettier here at home than at the gym. I have a favorite work of art and a big window to enjoy; and when I add in listening to a podcast, I find myself quite happy on the Trotter!
