I praise you, Lord, for the joy of planting in the kitchen garden — buttery soft soil and fresh herbs and vegetables just outside the kitchen door.

Very nice! Our garden is outside, and we have growing there: carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, watermelon, and that's all that comes to mind right now. It is so exciting! (Oh, we also have a peach tree with peaches on it).
