Outside with Gracie after a wonderful lunch with friends, I noticed the very beginning of fall color on the Paperbark Maple. I lingered in the chilly drizzle under the gray sky scanning all of our trees for more signs of fall, but no more yet. This hill glows-and-I-mean-glows when leaf color peaks, and I'm filled with anticipation!
I praise you, Lord, for colorful fall leaves — and friends.
