The hickory tree outside John's bedroom window could win a prize. Every year, we watch its lime green leaves turn first to bright yellow and then to rusty brown. Light filtered through this tree spills into the room and often draws us down the hall for a closer look; and after 19 years of beholding its beauty, we still stand awestruck each time!
