Bows, like balloons, have a happiness about them. I love to make bows, cramped hands and all; and after months of work, I enjoyed wrapping our tall, white columns with big, new, loopy red velvet bows. They adorn lamposts, wreaths, railings, and doors; and everywhere, their bright splashes of festive red help bring the Christmas spirit to life here on the hill. Coming home after a long day and catching sight of our bow-bedecked home delights!
