Fresh Out of the Oven

Making lemon zucchini bread to use up the monster zucchinis my sister-in-law sent over.

Mmmm. These look so good!! I made chocolate chip zucchini muffins AND zucchini onion pie last night to use up my overload of the squash. My kids were very happy! I've never tried lemon zucchini muffins....maybe next time :)
