Little fatty bullmastiff, Rhoda-Bug, likes to get so close to the woodstove, I always worry she will get burned, but she likes to be toasty. Due to a medical problem, she is a tad plump and has sparse 'guard hairs' so we have to keep her warm in winter. As you can see, she is pretty relaxed.
You captured the colors beautifully. She is a gorgeous dog, but your woodstove is a beauty too :) We love our stove, even though it's a much more utilitarian looking one. The cats sprawl in front of it and sometimes we think one will catch fire. They don't block the heat from us, though!
@genesis_one@chard@pflaume@paul2782@Anwan - thanks all! @Anwan - thanks - it's pretty functional as well as pretty - it's a vermont castings. Heats the house in winter and if the power goes out we can cook on it. :-)
