OK - so I am a bit obsessed with this fuzzy flower and it had raindrops on it. I really really need a macro lens. :-)
I still have this in a pot and plan on planting it in my garden this coming weekend. Slugs had better not eat it.........
@gerry - thanks for the fav and nice comments Gerry. :-) @swilde - lol Sue - favulous is a wonderful world - thanks for the fav. @sansjuan@jenniferruge@cazann - thanks so much for the favs and the nice comments, Ladies. My pasque flower has buds on it so there will be more. You may all be rolling your eyes soon. Caz - thanks about the PP too - I was really happy that happened. @bailey@mamamia@timandelke@chard@carolb@inkie@bristolrose@steampowered@andrina - thanks for the nice comments about my flower - so appreciate you all.
@pflaume - awww - thanks for the FAV Lisa - I am glad you like my pasque flower. :-) @anwan - thanks Anwan. I have heard some people do that - here at the point in spring the slugs come we have pretty much stopped using the woodstove for the season - and I worry about altering the acidity of my garden. We have eight acres and my garden beds are scattered. I use Worry Free (also branded as EscarGO and Sluggo) - it's safe for pets and wildlife - iron phosphate I believe. We garden organically and get this from an organic nursery we go to. We are in the slug capital of the world I think.

Have you heard of using woodstove ashes to prevent slugs?
