sunset silhouette

As the sky was looking promising last night I went for a drive to try to take some landscape shots. The sky wasn't nearly as good as I was hoping as there was a band of thick cloud just above the horizon. So as not to go home empty-handed (empty memory carded?) for the second time in a row on one of these trips I just managed to get this shot in the brief moment between the sun sinking below the band of cloud and dipping below the horizon.
