Topanga Overlook

Crowds gather at the main turn on Topanga Canyon Blvd to catch a glimps of the Calabasas/Old Canyon Fire. Amazing how gawkers think nothing of parking and walking across the only access road for fire and rescue vehicles trying to get to the fire! I guess everyone's a photographer :). (PS -- I walked from my house)

Fire is over 500 acres but 75% contained. Some areas still under evacuation but with any luck no winds tonight and they will get it under control

Sad that our culture is so self-centered. If they knew someone who was affected by the blaze hopefully they would be more respectful.
