Dinner at Chaya downtown -fabulous Japanese seafood restaurant. The chef introduced us to the main course -- from top to bottom: sawtail, yellowtail bream and silverbream. I had the silver grilled with saute spinach and the best crispy brussels sprouts I've encountered.
