Fall Candle

Trying a technique called "Invisible Black Backdrop" utilizing my flash with ISO set as low as possible, sync flash with maximum speed setting and finding the right aperature. This was taken in low light but the flash captures the subject while the background is totally underexposed. Will do more of this. Definitely BoB

How many tries to get this. So often the flash gives an annoying shadow, looks like I'll be copying your exif (again!!!)

@30pics4jackiesdiamond about four tries. The fstop is the key. Going to try this also with off camera flash so I can get a side light.
