@cazla Thank you. You catched the idea :D ... A beauty surrounded by "little beauties" ;)
@axika Thank you... is a Catalan holiday held on 23 April. Basically it is an exchange of gifts between sweethearts, loved ones and colleagues. "A rose for love and a book forever." In modern times, the mutual exchange of books is also customary. Roses have been associated with this day since medieval times, but the giving of books is a more recent tradition originating in 1923, when a bookseller started to promote the holiday as a way to commemorate the nearly simultaneous deaths of Miguel Cervantes and William Shakespeare on 23 April 1616. ;)
@jborrases Thank you so much for this detailed explanation! Lovely tradition! The roses part sounds a bit like Valentine's day... Sounds really nice to have a day when a book is the present you get! Did you get a nice book?
@yaorenliu@yaorenliu thank you very much. But this tradition on present is done on many other places around the country and coincide with World Book Day
