Autorizado a aterrizar / Cleared to land

In very short final over the runway ( tens of feets above and in front of...) . Within the world of spotting (aviation photography) one of the effects that people like, is to capture the exhaust gases of the engine, due to the high temperature of these produce a small effect of blur or distortion. This effect shows subtly, the strength and power that these "birds" have. The effect also is more visible during takeoff because airplane needs more thrust / power.
Yu make it feels like the wing just about to clip the tower.

Delightful capture. You must either have been very close or you had a great lens to take this wonderful shot. There are many similarities between Malta and southern Spain. Malta was under Spanish kings for centuries before it was loaned to the Knights of Malta in 1530 by King Charles and finally given to Britain in 1800.

Great shot, with the exhaust gases, and also the strong colours.

@yaorenliu Thank you. It is a matter of perspective distortion, on a focal lenght of 400mm, distanct background and foregraund seen to be more closer as really they are. Between the plane and control tower there are 400-500 meters :)
@sangwann Thank you very much. I appreciate your explanation. I'll check back history books ;)
@alia_801 Thank you very much. At dusk you can raise warmth colors from these place :)
