Transpiration by jeneurell

Transpiration

I have now finished one of two works for an exhibition in January - now, I need to get on with the next one. I am quite happy with this one based plant transpiration. The work consists of a cyanotype, linoprint and hand stitching.
Love this Hope you do well for the exhibition in Jan

@777margo @golftragic @ethelperry @helenhall @Weezilou Ta. I enjoyed making this piece - although there is a lot of work in it, expecially cutting the lino for the cell components. The exhibition will be at the Ecology Centre at the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Gardens in January. @ethelperry That is the whole work - you probably think I'm crazy!

Sorry, I thought this was a section of a large quilt. It is hard to guess dimensions from the photo. it is utterly lovely.

@ethelperry What a good idea - it would make a lovely quilt. It is on printmaking paper and around 33cm x 46.5cm in size.
