At a particularly long and frustrating staff meeting today, it was announced that the bulletin board in the kitchen would now be a place where we can post notes of gratitude to and/or recognition of other staff members. It's being called the 'High 5' board.
And in case we didn't get the idea from the name, itself....

Second, I agree with the above. I would refuse and rebel just for the principle alone. We had the same thing once in the form of "warm fuzzies". Yeah. Pictures of a fuzzie guy and you write in something positive and give to someone else. Ugh. Needless to say, I really enjoy being a contracted employee nowadays!
@higgimic@allie912@orbearider Seriously. I think we're all boycotting this board. It's been almost a week and it's still empty. I just couldn't believe the notes are to be written on hand-shaped paper - and especially that the pins are also arranged in a hand-shape!!! A little overkill! Hahaa...
