Firstly I would like to thank everyone who looked at, commented and fav my recent Norway shots in case I have missed out any one. It was really appreciated.
Saw this lovely field of Flax from the car today. Its fibres are used for producing linen and its seeds for linseed oil.
Apologies for this mass upload.
I somehow have injured my right shoulder and decided by Wednesday night when I couldn't actually hardly move because it was so painful that perhaps it was time for the docs!
Its anti inflam for a month, and injection if not better after that. Doc says quite serious one and no bowling for a month or until completely pain free and that it may take much longer.
I will plod and catch up with everyones shot a.s.a.p. At least its lovely to have such great weather to sit out in.

What gorgeous colors! I've never seen a field like this. Your perspective is great. Do rest your shoulder! It sounds really painful. I hope it heals quickly and well.

@myautofocuslife Many thanks for your good wishes, it feels so much better already and can use my arm quite well now. Guess that's when you get tempted to do more! There are quite a few of the fields about at this time.

Hi Jen!! Love your photo here ... the pov is just beautiful. Just like all of your others ... you always get these right on. Love the colors .. your tones are so soft. Lovely scene. Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I have hurt my back somehow and "feel the pain!" Am taking lots of Advil and aspirin. But will see a doctor tomorrow. Sorry I'm behind my friend ... thanks for all of your lovely words. Will try to post tonight.

Oh my word Jen we should get together - we can make up a good 'whole' between us!! I'm feeling increasingly pessimistic about by shoulder treatment...

@judithg Hi Judith you know it's really 365 decease, all that camera holding. Thankfully this is feeling better already so I am not convinced it's as bad as he says but will go the month anyway. Hate to add to your pessimism but my husband has a shoulder which has been going the same way as yours. Now having physio but originally they talked about keyhole surgery for the tendons. Totally understand your feelings, it's very slow going.

@jennywren Well keyhole is the next step - the capsular rupture thing was a first 'less invasive' try to sort it out. I saw our usual physio today by chance and was telling him what had been happening and he seemed to think there could be two issues going on. I think by the time I've waited for appointments it will have healed itself!!

A lovely shot! I'm so sorry to read about your shoulder, I hope that between the anti-inflammatories and time it gets better and you won't need the injection!
