On the road again to visit the kids. Crossing the Hudson River over the new Cuomo bridge you can see the last remnants of the erector-set-like old Tappen Zee bridge through the straight strong lines of the new bridge.
Two days ago they blew up the other side of the old bridge in a controlled demolition because it was too dangerous for workers to deconstruct it.
