Cotton grass lined my way to Gamsfeld, the top of a mountain in Upper Austria.
I like this flower very much, especially in the faded state when it forms these "cotton balls". On marshy places it bloomes. It accompanied me in the early morning light on the climb to the summit.
This image is ranked among the TT (Week 316). - A great honor for me and I am really very happy! Heartfelt thanks for your favs, that made this possible!
What a lovely plant this cotton grass is - the focus to show the little cotton balls against the blurred background and bokeh is stunning. Love your use of one tone - you do it so well. Fav
