Lovely morning light. I was interested in the larch trees...we don't have them here I am pretty sure...and I see on British home building shows that they use larch timber with beautiful results. Lovely how you have cropped this image.

You have no larch trees in Australia. I have never seen any on my Australia trip. Instead I have seen other wonderful trees.
I like the larches very much. In autumn, the needles are bright yellow. An autumnal larch forest is beautiful. And the wood has a very expressive grain. It is very weather resistant. A very expressive wood it is.
