A sunny and warm spring day encouraged me to visit the animal park Schmiding (Upper Austria). I was delighted to see offspring in the kangaroo enclosure.

love the contre jour light.. as it highlights the shapes of the animals and separates them from the backdrop. the highlighted fur has been turned into a myriad of mini rainbows as the light is split around the tiny filaments - so beautiful.. i see water-droplets on the hind leg of 'mum', causing a whole new train of thought..

You took some amazing pictures here a while ago. You make it look as though there is nothing between you and the animals - all so intimate. Of course this is absolutely delightful. I'm with @jorlam - his words express so well your photography.
Beautiful close-up, l forget there are areas overseas that would keep kangaroos/wallabies. Here, at home the kangaroos are so quiet, step out the door and practically bump into one. This is a lovely image, fav
