I have to confess I cheated! It's a still from video which I can do in- camera thanks to Panasonic's clever magic. I have a big birthday next month (ouch) and am getting a big girl camera with pre capture so I might even be able to do this without cheating. The guys in the camera shop are saving to buy it for me......and the lens
