What else do you do on a freezing day after school than stand under a tree playing pat-a-cake? At least the sun came out long enough for me to play with their shadows on my phone camera and not mind about the delay and the cold. Thank you for the fabulous response to yesterday's shot, I feel a bit of a fraud as it was pure chance that I was in the right place at the right time! :)
This is just lovely and a fav for me. Congrats on yesterday's PP appearance. Don't feel a fraud--I think part of getting great pictures like that one is having your camera with you and being ready for these moments when they occur. You couldn't have had much time to focus, but you did it perfectly. The PP appearance is well deserved!
Love this and fav! The first-grade class I taught last Friday wrote about and illustrated an activity they did that included their shadow. This would have been a perfect example to inspire them!
