While everyone basked in sunshine, we had a stormy day of thunder and heavy rain here in the north (maybe 'Winter is coming'?)

Beautiful picture with the rain and the desperate poppies. Just compare it with mine of a few days ago, from the South, under burning sun. "Summer has come" One of the things I like of 365project is this great variety of people coming from different regions, with different climates.

Fabulous capture of the weather, battered crops and the clarity of the poppies. We only had a light drizzle first thing in the North west. I think my son mowed or my husband strimmed my poppies before they came out; I have not seen them this year. :-(
