Christmas miracles.

I went into this church today to drop off some items for their emergency winter shelter. I then tried and failed to work a Lightroom miracle on the camera phone image I took while there. I like the composition, so I'm posting it anyway.

thats books on the pews? wow I thought it was a painting, I was thinking it was an abstract painting but it reminded me of Vietnamese rice paddy fields all flooded, was surprised when I scrolled down. Merry Christmas!

too many vietnam war films I suppose, how was your Christmas? Are you under the usual 5 foot of snow over there? here a light dusting has not brought the country to a standstill as usual but all my shoes are wet. Yep, happy New Year! I shall be seeing the fireworks in Manchester.

@chewyteeth No snow here! I'm pretty sure there were flakes blowing around today, but nothing that stuck. I'm escaping to a warmer climate now, though, because I didn't think I could survive another winter here! Happy New Year to you too. :)

where you off to? I packed in my gardening job this month for the same reason, winter in England isn't too bad, but when you work outdoors it's decidedly worse.
