This is another shot I took up at the top of Cape Perpetua. It is high above the ocean and gives great views in both directions. This path doesn't really go all the way down the cliff edge but I could imagine it would from this perspective. I loved the way the dawn light was lighting up the foggy hills in the distance.
Thanks as always for taking the time to look, comment, suggest, fav. I appreciate it ever so much.
You must have had an early start that morning Jane...an early bird catches the worm.......
Beautiful view & layers of colour here, certainly looks like the top of the world!!
Oh no, Jane, I can't look at any more of your pictures...it makes me feel so inferior as photographer, I want to quit photography right away! :D
Excellent pic, again perfect use of lighting and composition. Another TT, i'm sure (btw I see I wasn't the only one who liked "Morning Light On Cape Creek Bridge" so much!
@colosimo I turn into a pumpkin at 9 pm. That's why I don't take more star shots (other than weather conditions where I live making stars somewhat rare.) and though I did get up early for this shot, I took it at a lookout

@ericdibosco I do hope you are joking re quitting! Thanks so much for your support. And I have thrown myself into learning all I can in photography these last two years and can see how much my photos are improving
Don't know how I managed to miss this, but lovely to see it on the TT, huge congrats and greatly deserved, a wonderful shot as always, and a fav of course.
