Siltcoos Outlet Sunset 1

I know I've been AWOL for a while. Life has been crazy with closing down my practice and Christmas. I'm also pondering dropping back from 365. I've been here for more than two years and the time consumption has become pressuring as well as supportive. I'm in the midst of pondering. I've taken pictures every day, just not had time to put them in the computer and post. I really like the reflections here.
Hope you are all well and I will look at your pictures when I get a chance.

well now - that's a pretty glorious scene... serene and beautiful... something to just stand there and gaze and gaze and gaze at...

try not to feel pressured to keep up with everyone you follow and who follows you... i think it's a great mistake when a passion becomes a chore! just be sure to do what you need to do for you!

I love the reflections here. Take it easy. Post whenever you feel like it. There's no compulsion to have every slot filled.

The wide angle is so gorgeous here, capturing the breadth of clouds both in the sky and in the water. Just takes my breath away.

Fabulous. Wonderful reflections.
I've been feeling the same way about 365, but somehow just can't leave. I'm unfortunately having to cut back on commenting tho.

Wow the water is mirror smooth, such amazing reflections and shot. Perhaps you could post once a week instead of daily, so that it remains a pleasure and not a pressure, this is how I plan to keep going.

oh my! This is breathtaking! I hate to think of you feeling pressured, especially now that you're retired. Do what you enjoy!

Thsi is really gorgeous, Jane...I agree with the reflections being wonderful. Your Sitcoos-pics are usually in landscape format; the portrait format here really makes this one quite different...and stunning!

It would be so sad to see you drop out of 365...your landscapes are one the the things I'm looking forward to most when I open 365. Perhaps you could consider doing the same as Alexander: cutting down on the amount of people you follow...which is tough in it's own way, I know. And as I said to him: I would not feel offended at all if you would cut me out. I would still follow you for your gorgeous pics, and I qould not expect you to follow me back nor comment on any pics I post...I may from time to time mention you in a post if I would like you to see one of my pics or want to have your opinion on one of them...just a suggestion, though. You must do what is right for you...

@ericdibosco you are as always so kind. I think for now I'm taking pressure off myself re posting every day and I enjoy looking through all the shots of those I follow but figure I will comment just on the ones that really catch my eye for one reason or another

@jgpittenger ...sounds sensible...that was basically what I have done throughout December as well! Good luck!
