We went to Coos Bay to share Thanksgiving with our son and family and took a hike before stuffing ourselves. You've seen this spot before with high surf, so I thought I'd share what it looks like with low surf. Hope all of my fellow US friends had a good Thanksgiving.

Breathtaking as is and even more so on black! Love the movement of the water and, also, the inclusion of people at the fence, which gives a sense of the impressive scale of the rocks. Beautiful golden light on those rocks. So much to love here!
Oh wow! I'm a sucker for sea scenes but this is simply stunning! I remember the high tide shots, but if this is low tide there's no way I'd venture into that water!
